Burning calories ? Normally, you’ll find me on the dance floor twice a week (see my About page for more on that), ditto the gym, but both are out of the question the way I feel at the moment. As regards blogging, I think I hear what you’re saying But I must say, I do find myself getting lost in the whole process. I readily admit that what I produce when I’m writing may not be much good, but I do enjoy producing it ! Even if nothing else, I think it’s good to have a creative outlet.

There’s more on my current condition in my latest post, Blog yourself better, part 2. Well, it’s more about twitter, Facebook & Rob Canyon to be honest ! (Oh yes, and this was produced after taking my daily constitutional ! I’m not chained to the PC all day )

I’m going to have to check this out my friend – you’ve succeeded in making me want to find out what the ‘twist’ is, you clever chap.

BTW – really enjoyed your latest post too, but a little sad also.
You’ve got to get out more Rog. I’m not saying that I don’t enjoy blogging myself, but I think you’ve got to have something that burns calories – you know what I’m saying?
